The Vacation Club is a vacation community of 12 private sea houses, nestled on the hillside overlooking Marigot Beach. Your intimacy and privacy are assured in your own private 2-story sea house, smartly furnished and fully equipped with all the modern amenities.
A combination of traditional design and rich natural materials is your guarantee of sensual beauty, comfort, and convenience. Ultra-soft pastels inside create a true Caribbean atmosphere through and through.
The master bedroom is on the lower level, shaded by palm trees and other island vegetation, for a secluded ambiance you're sure to appreciate. Double French doors with wooden shutters lead to a cozy balcony. You'll find a living room, bathroom, and fully-equipped kitchen on the upper level of your sea house. A large sofa bed sleeps two comfortably. Double French doors open onto a large, covered veranda overlooking Marigot Bay.
There is no road access to this side of the bay - only ferry - so it's very quiet and serene (2 min crossing). A mandatory weekly ferry pass must be purchased on-site for $20 USD per person.
*If you have some mobility issues, please note that the property is located on the hillside and we do have some steps around*
There is no grocery store located in Marigot Bay, I highly recommend stocking the villa with groceries on arrival. Please ask for more details on this service. The closest grocery store is located in Cul de Sac-Massy (20 min drive away).

Summary: We stayed over Memorial Day week and the property was as described. The directions to get to the property were minimal and the overall road signage in St. Lucia is minimal which didn't help. But our porter met us at the dock and was very helpful and got us checked in easily. The staff knew it was our anniversary, and had decorated the villa to welcome us and provided a bottle of champagne! All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The villa was clean and stocked well with supplies. The lack of a TV was refreshing. We had a wonderful time on the island and it was nice that there were no issues with the property.
